Hello All,

I'm Diamant from Kosovo, I have some question for anyone who could help. Me and my wife (Engaged, but we life together so still not official so no comon law letter) applied for Canada visitor visa (a friend of us sent us the invitation letter and the birth certificate all stamped by Canada gov) to stay for a month there respectively in Montreal.

We attacked all documents as required like:

Job Contract
Funds (me about 10 000 $ and my wife 13 000$ and I think it's enough for one month)
Contract of studies
Ticket Reservation
Family Information
Travel Information
Personal Information
The stay permit from my company for a month
Salary confirmation
ID Card of University
and some other documents, all translated in English stamped by an official translater also a copy of them in my language.

So my question is:

Do you think I provided good ties and enough documents ?

What is the chance to get the visa ? (1 month stay)

Can I travel to the other provinces within Canada during my visa validity ? (Because I am staying to my friend in Montreal for 2 weeks and te rest to other provinces).

Please could anyone help me on that ?

Thank you All,
Diamanth

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Once you got the TRV, you can travel to anywhere in Canada (including Montreal and Vancouver). Usually VO also like to see if you have assets.

I applied for Multi Entry Visa because I thought if I leave Montreal then I am not able to travel to more provinces then later I saw that I made a mistake but I want to know your opinion, what do you think how much % of getting the visa we have ?

I hope you will be successful first time around. For others reading this, it is helpful to make your ties to home as strong as you can, so include ALL assets like home/property, family responsibilities and social ties, travel history, etc. do a search on the main forum page for visa refusals and learn from others. Requesting a single entry is generally safer than multi entry visas. All the best and let us know how you get on.

Thank you very much Pippin, I did everythink else but not the assets because I didn't saw it so maybe it's a mistake from me, I applied 10 days ago so I am still waiting as soon as I get a reply from the embassy I will let you know.

Thanks again.

This is almost like a secret club. You follow the application and provide answers that you think are relavant THEN you start to discover what they are really looking for. An example: travel history. Why is that important? On the surface you think they just want to know where you have been before. Maybe for security reasons? Well maybe, but IF the travel is for pleasure not work purposes, it really says that you are established (you earn enough to be able to afford expensive holidays) and more likely to return home. Who would EVER have figured that out!?

Yes that's true I put all my travel history there I also attached my passport where they can see the stemps and the other things.

But I really don't hope that me and my girlfriend will get it because I see here to many visas refused for the first time so that's why it made me not to hope so much.
