Canada Visitor Visa Online (TRV) taking too long

Hey,

So I applied for Visitor Visa Online (TRV) on 19th February and received an updates on the same day itself on submission confirmation and online payment, but after that day i haven't heard received any updates. Its been 54 days since i applied.

These are the things i have tried
1) Emailed question@cic.gc.ca
2) Filled the Case Specific Enquiry Webform
3) Called the Consulate General of Canada in New York (NO help)
4) Called the Call Center in Canada (No help)

I dont know what to do now...

Any response would be a help

I'm having the exact dilemma right now with my gf's application here in Philippines. Did you manage to resolve your issue? Care to share what you did? Thanks!
