As an Indian passport holder, I have applied for a Canada visitor visa from the USA as the primary applicant, with the intention of traveling to Canada with my wife and son. However, I now have an emergency due to a government job that requires me to return to India. If my visa application is approved by the Canadian government, should I submit my passport from India? Can my wife and son submit their passports in New York or Los Angeles in the USA? My wife and son will be staying in the USA for the next 3 months, so they have enough time to obtain their passports, but I will not.
