1) I want to visit for 20days.
I have my husbands birthday, our marriage anniversary and my son's FIRST birthday all in these 20days, I mentioned the same when i applied second time.
2)I am working in the same company since 7years and submitted all the related documents(payslips, form16, PF statement)
My land documents, CA validation letter, bank balance, invitation letter and my husbands college letter, his part time job offer letter, rental agreement of my husband.
3) I also mentioned in cover letter that I have to take care of my mother(55yrs old) who is alone here.
4) I always maintain some balance in my account that is my salary account, two months back before processing for visa i have deposited some amount in my account, however in last six months statement i always have good amount of money transactions.
5) First application was rejected on June 3rd and I applied the second on June 23rd.Today July 9th I got my rejection letter.
Please suggest me on what should I do now?
I'm totally confused. Can I apply again for visit visa or will this be a negative remark on my passport? Will this effect me in my future plans??
Hi,
I suggest you do not reapply for a few months. If you reapply in quick succession, it will indicate you are desperate.... hence, you are likely to overstay your visit.
If you are successful, you will probably get a single-entry TRV with 6 months validity.
Visiting for birthdays and anniversaries is not a strong purpose of visit.
When you reapply, you must include:
For employment: Employment letter + leave approval letter
For finances: Nothing borrowed + financial investments (FDs, shares, EPF, PPF, LIC, etc)
For the land: Do you plan to construct on it? If yes, include proofs of building plans, approvals, etc..... if it is agricultural land then proofs of income earned from it
For your dependent mom: Evidence to show she is dependent on you financially/her well-being + she lives with you at the same address
For purpose of visit: A day-by-day itinerary for sightseeing, meeting friends/relatives, etc with expense estimates. You must prove you can pay for this itinerary + airfare with your own money
For family ties: Do not apply for your son. It will be a strong reason for you to leave Canada
All the best
