I am master student (MCA) .I want to go Canada . How can I go without IELTS oror A another alternative

You can't. You need to satisfy the CIC that you at least understand English to a certain level. Just out of interest, why don't you want to do them? Are you not confident in English?

I don't want to do study over there . I am financially weak

There are 2 options study which you said you are financially week the other option is apply for PR but in both option you have to answer ielts.
