You could apply for PR under federal skilled worker category i guess

here is all the information you need for FSW program but you have very short time to fullfil the requirements and apply. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp#eg77
either apply in the above program or wait for the Express entry 2015 which will start in January.
