Canada visa refusal

I have applied for canada for jan intake bt from where i'hve applied they said that ur visa got refused on 26 october 2018 but i have not received any mail and message of refusal and not even got message of passport dispatch and my application status still shows that ur application is being processed now please tell me what does it means because its being 9 days but still no messages or call. .

Bt still status shows ur application is being processed even i asked to courer service they said that ur passport is not dispached from embassy bt its being many days

Why is the Canadian Immigration such a pain. Someone applies in January and receives a denial in October?

This is my current situation and it really pains me, I'm literally depressed.

Hello,
I need someone to help me because I'm officially depressed. I did my study permit application on 6th of June,2018 and got a procedural letter on 20th of August,2018 which I responded on 25th August,2018.

Till date the document reads not submitted to IRCC. Efforts to reach the Nairobi Visa office have been futile.

They claim I haven't responded yet I did respond over 2 months ago. I'm really depressed as I Can't get fees refund from school. The document is clearly there and i have no control over their systems.

What do I ? The IRCC office in Canada cannot help as they say the Nairobi Office is liable.

Please advice.

Link you application online then you will know everything, tracking will not show anything other then documents dispatched etc no status of application processing in tracking only on myCIC account.

Mr rose how did you submit this document? You should link your application online then there should be an uppoad option if they ask for more docs. You can also send webform.

I did submit via the link provided on my account. But till date from August,25 th it still reads " Not submitted to IRCC"...
