Canada visa refusal for sept 2017

Hello

I applied for canada student visa spp category for sept 2017 intake and got refusal with OTHER REASON.
My academic is
10th 50% ICSE board
12th 50.2% ISC board (2014)
CCC
TALLY ERP 9.0
At present doing job in school as administration clerk
IELTS 6 bands not less then 5.5

Can I reapply for non spp
Plzzz help me ....

Now days , embassy is strict . They give visas to students who have scored above 65 percent in 12th and 6. 5 in ielts (no band score less than 6 )

So what should be done...I cant change my percentage... N for 2 year UG course is 6 band not enough..???

I think 6 bands are enough for UG course if you apply early .only way to solve this problem is that do a diploma course in india and get 65 percent and then try for canada

Could I re apply with this same file..just change course ,college, and fund's ...what r the chance

Is diploma courses closed for international students?

Chances won't be high because your academic background will be same although you will change course and college

But as your academic background will be same then changing course and college is not going to have significant effect

yes you heard it right. I did 12th and i have offer letter of computer information systems diplomafor january 2018 . but now i am going to change it to bachelor in computer information systems
