Thanx but I also want to know that its possible that if any one(immigration lawyer) take the family information (my family information sheet details Canada )from canada high commission on the my behalf that he(lawyer)want to study my aplication details for reapply my visa so please advice me I am very very confuse sir/mademat this stage I don't want to take any risk please please

If you are saying that if your Lawyer can submit the docs later that you forgot to submit with an application, than yes you can send docs with cover letter ASAP. If your saying he can request docs on your behalf from CHC, he can request update and can correspond on your behalf if you have nominated your lawyer as your representative.
