hello guys my study visa refused under spp, now im applying under general with help of my friend ,, under spp both of my parents were financial providers , now under general can only my mom support me financially ? bcz i dont have pappers of my father ,, under spp there was no need to show fathers documents ,, im worried , please help me ,, i we have no property , but i can show funding for duration of study ,, will vo take objection bcz of father's documents? ,, actually my parents seperated ,but not legally divorced -- status of my mother is still married on her passport , so cannot provide the the affidavit of seperate ,, so thats why thiss whole symstem got disturbed,, need your opinion of all ,,

If only your mother's financial strength is enough to sponsor you..i guess you do not have to show your father's papers..i do not know about the SPP rules..I applied (under general category) and provided only my fathers financial statements... he wrote a letter that he is responsible for my studies and stay..... and signed it and on this paper i provided a summary of his bank balances...now coming to the financial documents..i only showed his liquid assets..VOs believe in liquid assets as far as I know...so scanned 4 month bank statements of his accounts...and also provided an attested certificate of the branch managers concluding the amount he has in his corresponding account...and that did it... I am yet to receive my POE..but they have asked for my passport..and I think that means my Visa application has been successful.. (people told me that)....
Do not go for multi-party sponsors if possible...that would be the best option i guess.. if you have any further queries..plzz write in here without giving a second thought....

Guyz , im very. Upsett , if i show the genuine way of money for duration of study - like education loan ,,nd attach latest ITR of my mother, on which annual income is 280,000,, nd show 4 lakh 6months old on her bank account ??
I am really sorry for your problems, but I guess that would not be enough..you will have to take help from other sponsors..write a letter on their behalf and make them sign that letter.. Your father would be the most favourable option..but now its up to you to sort it out..heaven88 said:
All you have to do is show funds= your first year tuition fee+C$10,000 ... does not matter who sponsors you and how you bring in the money...I just mentioned YOUR PARENTS because as far as I know VO would put more weight on funds provided by your parents.. I am new candidate here.. just got my visa approved today..I am going to queen's univ for my masters(civil eng)....all i did was read websites..forums...and more websites... filed my application myself without any experience or the help of any consultants..and whatever i wrote is simply out of my experience....

sir i paid 1 year fees of college and have gic for first year,,, and then for fees of next year -- i can show education loan 8-10 lakhs,, and for living expenses i have 4-5 lakh in my mothers account ,, thats it

I think then the finance section would not be a problem...it should not be....and you only need to provide documents from people sponsoring you... if its your mother only...her documents will be enough for your visa...
