Canada study visa refusal with inappropriate decision :

Was it a Diploma or a Grad Certificate? You failed to satisfy VO that your opted program provides a significant learning curve in your profile because you already have Masters.
This is a graduate certificate if I'm not mistaken. If so, it makes sense you were refused. If you have a masters already, then you need to be taking a post graduate diploma in Canada at a minimum.
It is Post Graduate Diploma 2 years course.
I applied my visa from one consultancy from canada.
That’s where the purpose of studies comes from. To IRCC taking a 2 year diploma after a masters is not a logical progression.
My only concern is that they are giving different refusal decisions each and every time, as we have provided all documents after careful evaluation.
OK - that's better than a graduate certificate. However it's still a bit of a weak plan since a post graduate diploma is a lower level of study than a masters. How did you justify this in your SOP?
I got almost same reason for all time rejection, although college was different all thetime and course also at same level which is accurate for study in canada.
As we have family business in India and I want to do more in my family business with detailed education in it. I explained this in my SOP that these course will help me to do more in improving business.
Many students are getting visa for pg after master so it not a big deal as long as you can convince vo about the logical progress in your career through this course
