Canada Study permit??

Dear all,

Looking for some help regarding Canada study permit.

I have received an email from CIC with the following

"Your application to study or work in Canada has been approved.
Your study or work permit will be issued to you upon arrival in Canada,........"

I have obtained a study visa but the email says I will be issued a study permit at arrival. I wanted to know what requirements are there to get a study permit on arrival even though I have been issued a study visa. I am very grateful if someone can share their experience of getting a study permit once arriving at the airport. What questions and documents I may be required to have ready at arrival?

this letter is called the letter of introduction and it is not the study permit itself. the study permit will be issued at the port of entry (airport) by the immigration officer.

the documents u will need to show are:

this letter - the letter of introduction
your letter of acceptance by the uni/college
yr passport
