Canada Study permit visa application deadline for jan 2017 intake?

Hi sir What's the deadline for submit application for September 2017 intake

Hi,its Parteek from India , I applied for Jan intake on 24 Nov and got refusal (other reason)on 9 Dec however my filling doesn't lack anything . My consultant says I should reapply for the same Jan 2018 in Dec. Please suggest should I apply again ?My classes starts from 22nd Jan ,

I passed diploma in mechanical engineering in 2016 and choose motive power technician in Cambrian college Ontario .... Other reason including level of establishment , missing Mark sheets were the reason ...

GIC: Paid + 1st Semester Fees: Paid + Education Loan Sanction Letter ($22000)+ Deposit in Account=$6000

What is the status of your visa now? Do you know the reason for rejection?
