Reasons for refusal are:

1.funds not sufficient without working in canada
2.other reasons-level of establishment, gap in education, communication etc etc (all reasons in other reasons option)

From your information, It looks like...
1. You haven't paid your tuition?
2. GIC funds are supposed to be CAD14000 for student+dependant not CAD10000

Thats all I could think of. all the best and let us know what happens

What is the program and college you applied to?
Go for Caips note to know the reasons in detail, as sufficient fund does not make sense as you have shown enough funds.
Not applying for wife's WP can be a reason!

first and foremost ur a masters and planning on studying in a college so i am assuming u applied for PG diploma or diploma or such. if yes then thats not a logical progression of ur education. u should do Phd or at the least another masters after masters not diploma. secondly ur going with ur wife so u need to show funds for her too. read the following link for financial proof

As per your refusal reasons ,

1. You should make your itr for atleast 4-6 lac per yr . You can still do it by attaching your wife's itr showing her doing any lil busnes like parlour or something . You don't have to pay tax unless her income is 2 lac or something ( no sure in india ) . Make a family income of around 4-6 lac .

2. Is your work experiance related to your previous education ? If no, that can be main reason also. Now, you can choose a course relating to your experiance and explain in SOP that now you want to go this stream of study as you already have got experiance in it.

Paying full fee is not manditaory but can still pay half of it ( advised ).

And as per mead said , must go for a post graduate Diploma course now.

You already have a MBA and again going for MBA program, it's a very clear case for rejection as VO sees this as a back entry way for immigration.

Yeah i am already an MBA,but the degree i have is not worth...i gained nothing from it as it was a combination of MBA subjects and IT certifications(only theory part)
Now i need a real MBA degree to accelerate my career as i am not able to move on higher levels just because of my qualifications, which states me as an IT guy but with no knowledge of IT.

Rohit, usually what is advised is to pay more than 50% of the fee.

Also explain, your MBA situation in your SOP very clearly and try and convince them with it. Your SOP should highlight a logical progrssion in your career path if not, then explain what had happened that stopped you from doing so.
