canada student visa

I have a question before i apply for studies in canada
1.I completed my 1st year and 2nd year of Bcom from Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad Lucknow(non UGC recognized and the case is subjudice before the court as to remove it form fake university but recognised by govt of UP).......and my 3rd year i passed from EIILM UNIVERSITY which is UGC recognised
Will this Bhartiya shiksha parishad 1st and 2nd year be a problem for my college admission in canada and visa approval?

2. I have my maternal uncle in toronto can i show him as my sponsorer(if yes than what category should i apply )

It may or may not effect your application. This is beyond your control and there is nothing you can do about it.

Generally, visa officers are understanding and will take everything into consideration, including knowing that you can’t do anything about it, when making a decision. I hope you get a positive reply.
