Canada student visa rejected

My visa got rejected yesterday..the reason is,

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of IRPP, based on your purpose of your visit.

My background details:-

10th - 88%
12- 78%
Diploma in mechanical engineering- 7.89cgpa
B.tech in mechanical engineering-6.61
Experience- 3.8 year , production supervisor
Admission in canadore college, Canada
Course- supply chain management ( 1 year)
Please suggest any solution
