Canada Student Visa long delays!

Hey guys, It's getting on my nerves now so I need urgent answers if anybody has experienced something like this.

I have applied for my Canadian student visa on 12 of Feb 16 but I haven't heard from them till date, they haven't even asked for my medicals. Why are they taking so long. Does the long delays usually means negative answers? I applied through VAC, whenever I track my application it says " your processed passport has been forwarded to Canadian visa office Islamabad".

please Help!

Go to immigrate to canada, then click on temporary entry here is the link, u will see many student immigration stuffs there,
