Canada student Visa from Dubai for Pakistani nationals

My heart is sinking everyday thinking how do i convince the visa office for my home ties in pakistan.. my parents reside in lahore and they one property in Karachi which they agreed to put under my name when I apply study visa next time.. my brother would be my sponsor again to pay tution fee and everything... however being residing in Dubai for more than 7 years my consultant said i do not require GIC .. which I think I still should have done ... now I m in need of very strong SOP.. I need to be in canada bu 2021 by any means and the visa process is giving me night mares

In my opinion, applying for Masters related to your previous study and current job experience, any property on your name, a good bank balance (total tuition fees + yearly and travel expenses) on your name, a strong sop and clear response to previous objections and applying for September 2021 intake would help.

I have applied for post graduate course in sports and event marketing for may 2021 as I am currently working inevent management company for 6 years. I will try to explain the rejection letter reasons.. fingers crossed for my 2nd attempt to apply form uae now

If you do get the visa please do post it here. I will reapplying again in Jan for May2021

No! just showed the bank account details which comfortably cover tuition plus living expenses. Just received the letter for biometrics today.
Let's see. Even the processing times it says is 22 weeks now!!!

I don't see any value addition from agents. They ll simply collect the documents from you and write you generic statements of purpose. You can do it better yourself

Yes, I am sure . I didnt have any info on and it I was scared if i make mistakes but i can share my SOP with you and which is like 4 pages and I am sure its the generic one
