This year I will apply under the skilled workers programme I passed with 70 points, but i have a few questions:

1. I am single now, and I will file as being single BUT what happens in the 3 years it takes to file here in UK IF I marry someone and that someone was NOT part of the application when I filed (obviously because I am single), how much of an i mpact will that make?

2. IF the scenario was that I AM married and I include my spouse to join me in 3 years in Canada, would it matter what passport he will be travelling on AND what country he is coming from,

IF your spouse was included in the application at the time of filing will the husband and wife MUST travel together at the time the visa is granted???

please advise.

thanks

hi, i think if u marry at a later stage, u ll have to provide the CHC with updated documents then.
regarding the nationality, i dnt think it will be a proble but u do have to prove your marriage is genuine maybe by photos or other proofs or marriage certificate.
as regarding the landing at the same time.i think if u get the visa first, u ll have to land first within the time frame they allocate u.
once ur there, and in the meantime , whilst your spouse application is being processed, u will have to wait.
for example, i think u have one year after doing your medicals to land, if u dnt, u ll have to restart the whole process and imagining your spouse hasnt got her medical request at the same as yours, so u ll have to go ahead alone and wait for her in Canada.
but if lets say after a few months your spouse also get the medicals request and both of you are then issued the visa at the same time, then u both can land together.
hurry up as london office seems not to be working at all.
Take care and God Bless :)
