dear all
i have an uncle (mother's brother) in canada and he is giving me documents to help me with FSWP process. He is sending a sworn affidavit which will be notarised, copy of passport and tax returns as proof. will this suffice ? many thanks

You don't have a choice but to "manage it" if you want the 5 points. You need your mother's birth certificate or her 10th showing her parents name, marriage certificate to show change of surname, and uncle's birth certificate or 10 th showing the same parents names as your mother.
