hi guys ..my name is lovepreet ..and i got 6 bands in IELTS.... i have applied 2 times for Canada ..and got refusal ...this time refusal reason is- Based on your language abilities, travel history, personal establishment and ties to home country I am not satisfied that you would depart Canada at the end of the authorized stay... actually i had chosen 4 years bachelors degree program in business administration ..now please help me -will i have to change my course for next intake ?

What is your profile (qualifications) and first time refusal reason. Give your details, that will help to understand your case further.
.i have completed +2 with commerce stream and got 70% and got 6 bands in IELTS (reading -5.5 -listening-6.5-writing-5-speaking-6.5)..first refusal reason -"Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing marksheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans".

In listening u can get 9 full if you listen to practice tests on ieltsmaterial.com
As for the course...
It should match ur goals also. What do you wanna do and why. What's ur SOP saying ?
How is ur family situation- ties and background. U see they will check every minute aspect now
For course: see different colleges where rejection is lowest
Like.. Georgian college , etc.
Go meet 5-6 consultants. That way u will see which are common university n course ofdering
Ask them same question and then on paper u will sit and shortlist the colleges.
Then make a strong SOP.

Visa application, tracking ID No******* has been received at the ChandigarhOC VAC on GMT Standard Time and is on transit to the IRCC Office in ChandigarhOC ,for processing......please tell me this application will v transfer to new delhi or decision take place at chandigarh only
