Canada improves its ranking to third place in Migration Integration Policy. It ranking surged up by two positions among the countries integrating or keen to integrate immigration policies as well as conditions for better immigration.

The ranking was revealed by one of the top international research body indexing Sweden and Portugal on first and second followed by Canada among thirty-one nations. Migration Integration Policy refers and reflects particular nation’s willing and efforts in facilitating immigrants and immigration process.

The improvement in ranking was a clear effect of Canadian government to reform and integrate immigration policies, annual quotas, skilled immigration, investor’s schemes and rest. Canada immigration policy largely attracts credentials of abroad skilled professionals. The study exhibits that Canada possesses the best and strongest immigration policies with few areas still to be strengthen such as clearing backlogs of applications.

Canada attracts more than 200,000 new immigrants every year providing job, investment opportunities and permanent residence. Its affluent economy accommodates plethora of job seekers and skilled professionals providing better wages all over the world.

Canada’s immigration scheme offers plethora of visa programs as well as easy visa provision for investors and business people. There is point appraisal for French speaking applicants under Quebec immigration scheme.

Far from it, the big difference was that Canada entered the early stages of the recession without a massive debt.
Depending on the numbers that you believe, Canada has only just (or not yet) recovered all the jobs lost in the on going recession.

Far from "rosy", IMO.

The source of this "information" is Abhinav immigration, one of the preferred Canada immigration consultants.
So, it is not only not official (there is no reference to any reliable source, who and where ranked what?), but by the definition is very bias.
