Canada PR with huband's h1b visa and wife on OPT

Hi,

I have few questions:
I was looking at the express entry for PR.
I am currently a masters student in US on F-1 visa. My Husband is on H1-b Visa working in US.

We wanted to apply for canadian PR together.

1) Is there any deadline for PR application for express entry?
(I am graduating in December 2016, was hoping to apply after that)
2) After applying how long it takes to get the PR approved.
3) After it gets approved, say we both have jobs in us but yet finding jobs in Canada, can we continue to work in us till we find job in canada. How much time we have to find job in canada?
How long can we continue to work in us, ofcourse, till we are hunting for job in canada.
4)Do I need to go to canada as soon as i receive my PR? or is there is time window that I can use?

2) After applying how long it takes to get the PR approved. - CIC claims it as 6 months process once you submit your application after getting the invite. and with some exception they are approving it within 6 months
3) After it gets approved, say we both have jobs in us but yet finding jobs in Canada, can we continue to work in us till we find job in canada. How much time we have to find job in canada?
How long can we continue to work in us, ofcourse, till we are hunting for job in canada. - Once your application gets approved you will have to do the landing process and then after few weeks you will get PR card. After tha its up to you when you want to move in
4)Do I need to go to canada as soon as i receive my PR? or is there is time window that I can use? - No you dont need to go to canada immidiately after PR card.
