Have anyone ever submitted their application through Xpresspost from Canada Post?
Mine should've arrived yesterday but it didn't and I've been obsessively checking it online and it keeps saying 'out for delivery'.
I called their customer service line and the representative mentioned that even though a signature is required, with big office like OINP, their mails get piled together and collected once a week in a bulk. WHAT!
That's ridiculous! I am just hoping my package didn't go missing somewhere!
