Canada Post Tracking Update

Hi Guys,

I have sent my passport for visa stamping last week through express post to CPP OTTAWA. Till now I didn't received the final delivery confirmation. When I call Canada post they say that the passport has been delivered to CPP OTTAWA and they are taking the time to scan the application. So I am not sure whether to trust them or not?

Does anybody in the same boat waiting for postal confirmation to make sure CPP OTTAWA has received the passport OR did somebody experienced this kind of situations. Your inputs are highly appreciated.

Did you select for a signature to be required from Canada Post? If you did, you should be able to see online who signed for your package on the Canada Post website by entering your tracking number.

yes I did...but the status still shows as 'out for delivery'....it is not saying 'delivered'. So when I contacted Canada post, they are saying CPP-Ottawa receives application in huge volumes and that is what holding my application to scan by the person who works in CIC.

We have same situation right now, the status still out of delivery, i called them and let them checked my mail they said same answered. I paid extra for initial sticker too

It's important mail and we paid what they supposed to do.

@ Sweet purple...Thank you...........I have checked the processing time and it says 20 days...So hopefully we should hear soon.

sometimes its delayed, it happened to be too but was updated the next day
