Canada Post Passport Delivery Delay

Hi All,

My passport was mailed out on Monday (July 24) and I still have not got it yet. The status update stucked at July 25th 5:34am Item Processed Mississauga and nothing further.

Has anyone experience this before? If yes it would be great if you could share insight and the resolution.
I am quite worried right now

I did, but they are not helpful. They created a investigation ticket and there was no update since.
