Is anyone else having issues with sending outland application via Canada Post recently? We sent our application to be 'signed for' on January 9th but it looks like it still hasn't been received.
We've contacted both postal services and neither of them can do anything, so we assume that it is still stuck in customs, but 7 weeks seems like a really long time now..
