Can anybody share the process of applying for PCC within Canada.

RCMP website does not have application form and clear instructions.

You will have to go to a firm that can conduct a criminal fingerprinting test through RCMP: http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/en/who-can-conduct-criminal-record-check

Those will use 2 photo IDs and take a photo of you, and your fingerprints. The RCMP report will be mailed to you in ~ 1 week given that no issues are in your criminal record.
