Can you tell me how to apply for PNP?? i already crated my EE profile under FSW

My PNP is under the old system and it was submitted to CIC on September 12, 2014 and received by CIC on September 18, 2014. You will have to look at what programs is available in the province you are currently residing in then go from there.

Good luck.

There is a thing called Google or you can visit the cic website if you are not sure where to start. Just search for pnp and you will find what you need. Also, most of your questions can be answered by doing a search on the Internet.

Good Luck :)

For getting PNP u should have job offer from a province as well as experince depends upon province.. The province should nominate u for that u should have job ... How can the nominate you without having job... So try to get a job offer .... But for getting job offer u should be experienced qualified in that job... Employer should feel he should hire you.. .. The first priority for the employer is the people from canada only... Ie (the original Canadian) so when he wants to hire you or give job offer you should be more qualified or experinced than that people... Or ur job should be something unique like nuclear scientist etc...

As far as I know: if you are hitting 67/100 points, you will get into the pool

but in the pool you will get ranked using a CRS points.. which has 2 sectors (600 and 600)

out of the first 600 if you can hit 400+ ; you are good and if you have a job offer or pnp you get and additional 600 (sector2)

so far CIC has being inviting people with job offers... caps have being 889,818 and 808 if I'm right

I'd say Yes and NO!
Depends how you see it. Have they sent 2407 invitations out ?
Yes!
Are (technically) these many people eligible to apply for PR ?
NO!

The third draw, I'd call as a "Correction Draw". CIC realized that the number of people invited under FSW didn't actually have an ECA which is a mandatory requirement of the FSW. Hence, they cancelled those invites from the first 2 draws and invited them under a CEC specific draw and added a few more people to make a substantial draw in the third number.

Hence, it is clear that :
1) CIC can make program specific draws( which they have already mentioned in the teleconferencing in December 2014.)

2) even if you have an LMIA or a PNP you better qualify for atleast one of the immigration programs with all the documents they ask for.

3) Do not worry if there can be 800+ applicants only between 818 - 808. that sounds not very realistic. Althought, if true, We're in for a very long wait! lolzz...

Hope I have answered all your questions.

it is not between 818-808 it is from 808 to 1200. every draw starts at 1200 and works dow til number is met. it would be quite normal if points go up and down in each draw, for all we know next draw may be min of 900..! hopefully not though..!!

2407+1187 fourth draw]=3594 ITA issue so far

Thanks

Was this for all categories ? FSW CEC etc

or just CEC? 135 without LMIA seems really low for FSW (after all its called skilled worker)

I guess in the 4th draw some FSW's got ITA too.

Cool

Majority would have been CEC though with such a lower cutoff + FSW who ever who applied after the 2nd draw

Great news tho :)

Fingers crossed for the next one (400-600) :D
