Hello all,

I am preparing my application for the skilled class. I am working in US with the master's degree from here. I am from a non english speaking country and working in US on H1-B. My fiancee has a Phd degree. Couple of questions I would like to ask are:

- Do I still need to submit the english test (IELTS) to the buffalo office?
- Can I file for my fiancee in the spouse category?
- She is currently not living with me (in another country), if the answer to the above question is yes, will it make a difference?

Thanks in advance!

1. Yes, unless you are from an English speaking country and all your education was in English and that the was language at home.
2. You can't include your fiancee in the application, only spouses or c/law spouses.
