after sending all my documents and requirements regarding to my application at TRAVELERS INN HOTEL CANADA 626 George Road East, Victoria British Columbia v8t2w6, Canada. My employer send me the letter of employment contract from my employer
and letter of memorandum of understanding signed between me and my employer and Canada Immigration Service advised to send the following to the work permit processing unit.

1)Work Permit processing fee of $150
2) An Entry Clearance fee of $250
3) D.H.L Courier delivery fee $110 of your documents to your destination after approval and endorsement.

"it is true of scam???? your response would be greatly appreciated

With reference to your Work Permits Application, we have just completed the verification of all your migrating documents that was requested from you. we have tried severally to call your provided number to have a brief interview with you but all attempt failed as the line is not going through.

Please note that this is online visa processing which must be approved here at Ottawa Immigration Home Office before all the files can be sent to the Canada Embassy for your entry visa stamping, a Canadian work permits is ONLY processed here at Ottawa Immigration Home Office, Canada Embassy overseas only issue entry visa to applicant after they have receive a confirmation of applicant's visa code from the Home Office from Canada.

An Entry Clearance serve as a waiver for all immigrant coming to Canada for work and resettlement, this documents enable all immigrants to secure their work permit, without an entry clearance applicant work permit will be denied. A prospective employee must have an entry clearance to enable him/her secure social security and health insurance in other to work and live in Canada freely.

Payment Options.
We strictly do not accept bank to bank transfer as this causes delay due to time limit, payment is to be made to our account department via wire transfer of western union for faster efficiency, we do not accept credit cards due to credit card fraudulent acts,

It looks like a scam to me. Western union (preferred payment method for scammers) is a dead giveaway. To this date, most payment methods available at CIC involve credit card payment, bank draft, canadian check and in certain cases online payment but NEVER western union.

Also of note is the fact that checks, money orders and bank drafts to CIC are payable to "the receiver general of canada" (if i'm not mistaken) NOT to some Lee Mulhall

I see that you have already read this link. You ARE being scammed.

Just read the letter again. It's full of grammatical errors and doesn't scan. These are classic signs of a scam letter.
