actually before i say, go ahead and apply under FSW1, look at the duties of 0213 and see if you do most of those duties.
You also have 67 points right? if yes to both of these, then apply under FSW1.

As for the address. one is for courier, the other not.

Hello Rupeshhari,

I have checked common questions message and have below questions:
1. What is difference between post and courier. Address to CIC in SYDNEY, NS

If you send by normal post:

Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
Centralized Intake Unit
P.O. BOX 7500
Sydney, NS B1P 0A9
Canada

If you send by courier:

Federal Skilled Worker
Centralized Intake Unit

Sydney, NS B1P 1J3
Canada

2.As your writtern in common questions topic
For experience, my anomaly lies here. My occupation title is not found in the ministerial list but that occupation title is similar to another in the NOC matrix. On the Economic class form, I wrote my job title (not the kosher one from the ministerial list) and for NOC, I wrote the one from the ministerial list. For the main duties, i listed some duties on the form. On another sheet of paper, i provided the same information as I had in the form and then wrote an explanation of all my duties (from the most important duties to the least). I numbered my duties. At the end, I explained that certain duties (and gave the respective numbers) are not characteristic of my job title and are more similar to the duties found under the job in the ministerial list.

Here, you have provided one hand writtern document that explain your job title and duties wrt to ministerial list, not from your company and not on company letter pad. am i right???

3. I got promoted from Software Engg to Program Analyst last year April, 2008 in my Company. I would like to mentioe all duties related to Program Analyst that are suppose to come under NOC : 0213. I will submit that promotion letter too when i submit my application in near future. Just want to check , is it right way to support my application and claim that my current job duties are covering under 0213. plz suggest me.

you need to ensure you do project management
typical programmer analyst tasks are more developement and working as per instruction on PL/PM.
The manager category expectation is you have at least 3 to 4 years of PM or account management experience,
So be carefull.

If your employer gives letter of duties included it would be much easier.

Look the job details listed under CIC website.

Hello Amith,

I dont think my company provide me any letter that mention my responsibilities or duties. They will provide a letter mention date of Joining, Job title and current Salary structure.

In my day to day life ( from Offshore to Onsite), I had below duties. I would like to mention below line in my application, if i submit

As a Program Analyst, I have below responsibilities:
1. Manage all communication between software integration team and the client.
2. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients and gathering system requirements
3. Provide Technical Solutions to meet client requirements
4. Create Technical Design Documents to meet client requirements
5. Design application, Reports and Setting timelines to meet client requirements
6. Manage development/integration of sub-segment or entire project
7. Conduct Training session for software integration team and the client
8. Organizing and Conducting weekly status meetings
9. Leadership for junior developers, programmers and others software engineers
10. Develop policies & procedures for better smooth run of project.
Few examples are
• Monitor/Review the quality of work done by software integration team,
• Client feedback up completion of work,
• Knowledge transfer from one team member to others or client,
• Make resource plan during emergency or leave,

please suggest me,

I submitted my PR application on Year 2007, had Software engg job title. I was mentioned NOC : Software Engineers and Designers (2173) at that time. Unfotunately, my application was refused due to less no of points. Now this time, want to submit with new job title, Program Analyst and job duties

I think it would be enough to get through Sydney NS, but not your Visa office. I sent in a letter from my employer to the visa office.
Of course, you don't send any documentation to Sydney, NS so they rely on what you say you do in your job.
