canada ict work permit 2019

hi

i filed my ict along with wife,s open work permit. do they get processed seperately or together. does the decision if one effect the other.
what is the processing time we are seeing now.its filed in bangalore ircc.

if furthur medical rests are requested for my wife will principle applicant decesion will also be kept hold ? or will they process it seperately irrespective of anything.

He can't be Canadian if he's applying for an ICT.
