Canada General student visa processing time.

My campus would let me in before 1st Feb. Will CIC give out visa before that date or they'll push me next semester, due to their long and painful processing time?

No visa because if they wanted to they would have given us already.

Got passport dispatched mail and then had it collected with visa rejected letter . anyone knows the procedure of applying for caips notes

My application is still in processing. Those who applied on or after 23 Nov have got their passports dispatched. I also applied on 23 Nov..but no response yet..
