Canada General student visa processing time.

My consultant said that there is some problem going on in mailing services of chc...
So that study visa document has come through post with passport.

I applied my paper file on 4th december.. And got response on 21 dec..
And got my passport on23rd
 
I applied under general category on 23 Nov.
my application is still in processing.
I am really worried as my classes will be starting from 4th Jan.
anyone got update after 23rd Nov..??
 
I applied on 3rd Dec under general category(Newdelhi) with upfront medical and its still under processing . My college starts on 11th Jan (GBC Pgdiploma).

Anyone applying from Nepal? Applied on dec 14th, no reply yet. College stars on 4th January however got extension upto January 18th
 
I have applied on 18 nov under genral category and still waiting for any respose . My classes are starting on 4 jan 2016.
 
Can we submit an application at high commission personally requesting them to process the application faster?
does anyone know if it is possible?
