Canada FSW - No Experience letter from current Company

Hi,
I am planning to apply for canada FSW. My current organization is not willing to provide experience letter. But I have worked 6.5 years in my previous organization. They have given the experience letter. This is sufficient for me to get the eligible immigration points.

My question is

* Can i just proceed with the experience letter from my previous organization since i have the eligibility points. (Or) Is it mandatory to have all the experience letter even though you have the eligible points with the previous organization.

Hi,

It is okay since you have enough points to be eligible without your last work experience. But provide as many details and supporting documents anyways. It might a good idea to ask one of your colleagues to write a reference letter for you even though the company refuses to make it officially.

NOC 0121 or 1224

Hi Everyone,

I am also planning to apply under Noc 0121 .There is a confusion whether to apply under 0121 or 1224 as both have same job descriptors which I am performing in real estate.
