How could you say it has been capped? I bet not and I am 100% that all of us will be considered. There should be someone from the forum that he/she got qouta notification.

Hi,

I have been reading posts from different threads and was not able to write due to busy schedule. I just want to add my details here for everybody's reference. So far, I haven't received any feedback from CIC if my application is capped out. The only thing I am holding right now is that my documents are still with them, I guess if it's mailed back to me I have already received it by now since the return address is just within Canada. Hoping and praying that it will not happen though, let's just hold our faith tight and stretch more patience.

Hi,

Thanks Balats.....appreciate it that you have make it compulsory to post the status.....thanks buddy....all the aspirants from December, especially those who had submitted their files in first week of December and payment mode is DD are looking for the positive response and the positive thing is similar here that we haven't got any notification here about the return of papers.

So....lets be crossed fingers and wait for the positive reply from CIC.

Hi Guys,

They charge my CC on 21st Jan.

Still no update for my application.

I am in Canada and on a Work visa.

My visa is Expire on March 5th.

I have to apply extension at least 15 days before.

I am worried because without AOR I am not eligible for Bridging Work permit.

Is there anybody who has same situation.

Can anybody suggest me what to do for extension if I did not get any update from CIC.

If I loose my status I will also loose my job.

Please help me with your Knowledge and Experience.

You will get PER tomorow or day after. As one applican from 26/11 got PER 15 minutes ago. He told us on Whats up group. NOC 2281

Hello Friends,

Want to share good news with all of you. Recieved PER finally.

Application sent date - 12th November 2014
Application recieved Date - 19th November 2014

DD Charge Date - 14th January 2015

PER Recieved Date - 10th February 2015

will update the spreadsheet soon.

Praying that all the applicants till 31st december will be in cap and all will get PER ..

my husband applied on 19th nov and reached ther on 24th....no news yet...in d above msg u said someone got dd charged who applied on 26th....iis ther still hope ?

Hi Taral,

I would recommend that you get your visa renewed in any case.
A Renewal on Visa is not going to be a bad thing as far as I understand.
It will be really bad if you run out of your visa while waiting for the communication from CIC.

Because for Applying BOWP I must need AOR from CIC.

I also applied on the 19th and my app reached on the 24th and still no news. I still have faith so you should too.

Hello guys,

I got very schedule.So I just called CIC they informed me that they did not opened my file yet.I applied on 28 nov under 2281.dd mode.I am in canada.Currently residing in alberta.I totally agree with the guy who applied on 18 dec and residing in BC.If we would have rejected or our have been returned.we would have got it in 10 business days.Also cic agent told me to wait till 1 week of march or so.

I know its really frustating guys but we cannot do anything right So everyone who has been waiting for cc or dd charge please keep your hopes up.

Hello taralshah,

You dont need to worry about it.You will get your PER this week or next week for sure and in case if you dont get it.Don't worry,you can still continue to work with the same employer until you get decision.You will on implied status.
