Last day of the year, my CC was charged. Here is my latest timeline:

NOC: 2281
Application received: October 24, 2014
CC charged: December 31, 2014

As far as my understanding, they updated the express entry and removed the updates for fsw 2014 as deadline for applicants got over.
they will process the all applications which reached cio until 31st dec 2014 provided cap for noc is not reached.

Applications will be assessed and processed base on its received date, so I believe November and December applications will still be assessed under FSW 2014 guidelines; as long as application is within the cap and received before January 2015.

As of the moment, we can't. But hopefully CIC will provide an update for the FSW 2014 applicants. Meantime, you may refer to the SS for updates on latest CC/DD/PER/MR/etc.

Yes the Chart is removed from the website as they have started with Express Entry. I believe now they will accept application under Express Entry Only.
