Hello Every Body,


How are you all?
This forms help me a lot when I was planning to apply my FSW in 2014.

Please help me one more time by suggesting your thoughts.


I applied in FSW in November 2014 in one of the FSW stream.

I have no Idea what is going wrong / right... But I still not able to get any feedback from CIC.

It aalmost 2 months now.

Now My problem is I am in Canada and My work visa Expire in March 2015.

For Applying work permit extention ( bridging work permit) I do not have any confirmation from CIC that my file is in Progress.

I am really scared because If I need to go back my job hass been gone and My may also rejected.

Now according to my knowledge I have 3 things to do.

(1) Applying extention on the basis of Delivery certificate which I do have from Canada post.

(2) Apply for visitor visa untill I received my file no.

(3) Apply for student visa and go back to school at least I can work 20hrs during that time.

Please suggest me some better ways to remain in Canada.

Please advise any good immigration lawyer who can help me for my extension.

Please help me with your experience.

Mates,

Trust I have called CIC for more then 6 times, every time I have experienced rough& tough operator.

Some times I think how others are getting, 20-22 mints on each call ..

Anyway I will try 2 more times, ;D ;D ;Dlets C

Latest PER for 2281 is from Oct23 (svga) and Oct 22 (zac989). Last CC charge from Nov20 (Diehard). best of luck to us all!

CC charged has reached to 27th Nov for other NOc and our NOC is stock on 2oth Nov ...

Probably there were no members after that 20TH Nov for our NOC 2281.
We can expect from December list.

in the last two weeks, I checked the 2281 NOC code. It shows up as "technical skill" or "Skill Level B". Something that requires a diploma, rather than a degree according to one page on Canadian govt website.

It should have been noted as being "Skill Level A"

can u please provide the link, I think it could be because they have moved from FSW to express entry and they made changes
