There's no place like home. It's not all about the money guys. They think living here in Canada is a dream come true, but come to think of it... it's just temporary and soon you'll miss all your family and true friends. Living in Canada is a routine.Given that there are a lots of means of communication available to reach them but at the end of the day you will realized you were still alone. I'm not trying to be a pessimist and discourage all those aspiring to go here. It's a good life -- YEs, but is it a happy life?-- I'll think about it

Tama ka kabayan walang makakapalit sa bansang Pilipinas. Pero minsan kapag Ofw ka kahit Ipagpalit mo ang kaligayahan na yan makita mo Lang ang pamilya mo kumakain tatlo beses isang araw gagawin mo. Well no wrong opinion but this. Para sa akin, di na usapin ng kaligayahan sa bansa pilipinas ang labanan ngayon, it's about food, future and peace. Sacrifices is part of it. Ano ba pipiliin natin naghihirap na walang nakakain pero naipapakita ang pagiging makakayan. Or malungkot ka kasi NASA Canada ka wala sa pilipinas pero nakakita mo masaya at kumakain ng 3 beses isang araw ang mga anak mo. Well it's up to you kabayan. It's depend on how you create your world.

It depends on how you see my perspective. If you already stayed here for 5 years you will know and having your family with you here is not an overnight immigration process. I understand what your priorities are.

Zmike.. Ask konlang po lng anong requirements na papers ko po dapat pag dating sa port of entry? I mean sa canadian immigration po. May kailangan ba na paper galing sa POEA or passport, lmo at contract lang?

You will surely enjoy the weather at first but after sometime you will hate it if you start experiencing -40C. If you're going to take the transit you must be on time or else you'll miss your bus or train and you have to wait for 30 minutes for the next one. You'll not miss our own food and products because there's a lot of Chinese stores which sells our stuff. I'm surprised na meron Cheese Ring and Chippy dito which are my faves. But I guess it depends on the province you're at. And one thing for sure, based on my experience here, there are more China made products than Canadians lol!

Maraming dapat tandaan pagpunta dito sa Canada. Kung di ako nagkakamali 22 kgs ang limit baggage papaalis ng bansa kailangan magdala kahit isang winter jacket wag na boots dito na Lang bumili mabigat sa bagahe. Mas marami ka dapat dalhin na jean kaysa short kasi kahit pa summer na dito ngayon malamig pa rin.10 thousand Canadian dollar ang limit na puede mo dalhin. Pero ako 1thousand Canadian dollar Lang ok na ko di kailangan marami dala pera mag work ka naman dito. Sa Vancouver pa Lang napakahigpit na, may casual interview isa isa sa immigration. Kaya ang " motto " Kung ano tanong yun Lang ang sagot wala ng pabibo! Less talk less mistake, pag di consistent ang sagot mo uwi ka. Mahigpit ang immigration dito guys, remember its North America. Kung marami dala food, ingat Baka masita. Kung personal foods dapat declare mo pa rin. And medicine dapat may resibo at hindi banigbanig. Tandaan ingat sa mga pasuyo check nyo muna bago dalhin sa Canada. Pagnakalusot ka na, on the following day kukuha ka ng SIn parang cedula sa atin. Takenote kabayan ang Sin Ay personal keep safe. Kung mamimili ang pinak mura bili has dito kungdi giant tiger at superstore the rest Medyo mahal na pero Kung carry mo go go go! So sana nakatulong ako kabayan, Kung may mga nakalimutan ako message lang. Upssssss forgot. Ang insurance ng oto rito di Tulad ng pinas, monthly Kung magbayad. At paki sabi na rin sa mga mahal natin sa buhay na di porke dollar ang kita malaki. Dalawa ang tax natin, isang federal at provincial or city. Kaya tell them spend the money wisely! Masarap sa Canada Kung magiging wise ka para sa pamilya.

can i apply for permanent residency if im working as a food service supervisor or do i need to become manager first ?
