Hey everyone
Does IRCC check or care what jobs I had outside Canada but during my last 4 years?
I soft landed in Canada in 2019 then came back peramanently 11 months later in 2020. Outside I was working then quit to come permanently
I had two jobs but its really hard to add both because if they need proof, one of those companies closed down.

Also will me doing a soft landing indicate any red flags to IRCC? Since one of the questions of the officers when landing is always how long are you planning on stating and most people say permanently including me so that they dont refuse processing your PR card.

You have to give a complete answer. List all the jobs you had and if you're asked for documentation, explain that it would be hard to get for this or that reason.
But since IRCC's job is to access your physical presence, and jobs outside Canada have nothing to do with it, there an extremely high chance (99.9%) they won't ask you for such documentation.
And no, soft landing is a common process, the only effect it will have on your application is the need of a police certificate for the 11 months spent in your previous country (unless you've been to 2 countries or more and didn't spend more than 183 days in a row in one!)
