i have applied my papers to canadian border services agencies by mail and i would like to know if anyone has an experience with them how long will it take them to reply back to me?

i have requested "date of entry to canada for the last five years". To elaborate more " i have sent a letter asking about the date of entry with a prove of residency" My question is how long will it take them to reply back to me
