Canada Banned entry to all except Citizens and PRs from today. I was to land on 21st March and CoPR expiring on 31st March? Are CoPR holders allowed ?

So I believe PR would include only those that have completed landing? I don't think COPR would count as a PR yet since technically one needs to formally land to become PR

That is right. So any one with CoPR must contact the ircc via the webform for further assistance in their case.

I personally dont believe the border will be closed for that long but I plan to email ircc to get some advice if no detailed information available in the next few days.
