I am in the same situation my travel is on 20th March... although my COPR expires at a later date.... but can anyone confirm if COPR holders will be allowed to travel.

You don't become PR until you landed. I suggest you reach out to IRCC immediately

Trudeau said the restrictions will come into effect Wednesday

I was supposed to land in Calgary on 21st March on CoPR for the first time. My CoPR expires on 28 July. The latest announcement by the prime minister indicates border closure for non citizens and non permanent residents. Not sure if CoPR constitutes as permanent residence. I have sent an email to IRCC..

Guys use the WEBFORM and inform CIC about your conditon. They are willing to extend the COPR ....

Check CIC website for further instructions. Do not panic.

No point. Monitor website and social media. Even the airlines may have more information. There will be so many web forms they can’t get to all of them.
