Heellow friends! I need your advice on this. I had applied for Canadian student visa in 2007 but was denied. Now in the mpnp application history this information is required and I need to upload the refusal letter. My copy of the refusal letter got lost and the email account I used back then is not in use. I contacted the support team of the email server for the reactivation of the then account but it's not possible. I then contacted the visa office for a copy of the refusal letter but it hasn't been sent yet. With the 30th April approaching, I might not get the copy in time or might not get it at all. How can I prove of this information in the mpnp?

I'll write an explaination of the reason for refusal. Attach correspondence showing your attempt to get the information from the email and then from the canadian consulate, then submit your app. If this becomes a deal breaker, they'll contact you again in the later stages just before nominating you
