Guys I just came across this can+ visa and need some info.
I hold a us C1D visa and have transited through us on 3 different occasions in the past 4 years or so. I wish to know am I eligible for can+ visa?
If yes, can my wife tag along?

There's no CAN+ visa.

CAN+ is expedited processing which is available to applicants who have a valid US visa and/or have traveled to the US/Canada in the last 10 years. Also, fewer financial documents are required to be submitted but we do not advise this.

Yes, you can request for your application to be considered under CAN+.

Only if she meets the conditions for CAN+

I have not advised you against applying under CAN+. I advised against submitting fewer financial documents.

BTW even if you request for CAN+ processing, it is up to the visa office whether or not whether to process your application as CAN+
