Can you submit PR Application while outside of your country of residence?

Hi good evening,

I will be travelling by the time i get all of my documents together. Is it wise to submit the application while on vacation since there would be an open ended travel in the travel history or should I just wait until my trip is over?

wait till the trip is over so that you have all you're travel history in place

Unless your trip renders invalid once of your PCC's you are more than free to submit your e-APR while on vacation.
