You should be ok to apply again. Why will they refuse you if you are a good candidate now...?

I was just thinking about a non matching education vs work experience. If you get refused for that and then submit a more recent ECA of a related education, then can you re-apply? That's mostly what I've been wondering.

I email SINP and they said there's no way tu accurately answer if that's a reason for refusal unless there's a complete application.

If you believe you have a better chance of being accepted this time, just apply or consult a immigration lawyer ( from this website for example) to see what you can do to increase your chances. But if SINP don't know how to answer your question I am not sure who can. Sorry ....

Oh, I haven't applied yet, so, definitely haven't been rejected I'm just considering every possible scenario

Yes.

You can also reapply if you get nominated and for some reason you do not apply for PR or your PR application is refused on a provincial nomination.
