You may get 22 point because you have 2 degree and total 18 years of education.....

Master degree holder with 17 years of education gets 25 point....

but in your case, you have 18 years of education...and double degree...

No, he doesn't have 2 degrees at the Bachelor level. He has an associate degree.

How about education points for my wife?

10 years (Matriculation)
2 yeas (Intermediate)
3 years (Bachelors) which actually took 5 ears to finish. I got her education evaluated by a Canadian government agency and they awarded her a bachelors degree.
In this case 20 points? or less?

Also PMM,

If you are aware could you please let me know if she will be able to receive her experience points with an Appointment letter and a job description type of letter mentioning her duties. She does not have any paychecks or tax returns or anything. All of her experience is from Pakistan.
