Can you land in Montreal Quebec even if you're studying in Ontario

Hi Guys,

Wanted to get your input. I have got admission in Algonquin College in Ottawa and I most likely will be getting a flight to Montreal in the province of Quebec and then a connection to Ottawa onwards.. Was wondering would there be any issue if my port of entry is Quebec instead of Ontario?

No issues, just remember that your permit will be issued in Montreal and not Ottawa. So, you should ensure that you have 4-5 hours in Montreal before your onward flight to Ottawa.
